We inspire and inform candidates FIRST. Exclusively those who don't want to change jobs. Who certainly don't respond to ads. Yes, that takes a lot of work. Talent first. That is our credo. Those managers who are on the job and are suddenly approached by us, often enough even disturbed by us, because the 10th email on Linkedin has arrived in their inbox with "Hey, we have a super great new job for you".
